Change subforum ID scheme to imageboard-like scheme #7

i.e. typable IDs that can be referenced within posts easily, like what imageboards have (consider some examples from 4chan, /a/ for anime, /ck/ for cooking, /vg/ for videogames)

However I'm not so sure how this would work for nested subforums? If those are even to be a thing

I guess nested subforums could still be a thing? Using 4chan as an example but more for contrast here, they have /vg/ and /vgr/ (retro gaming) but in CharmBoard they could be /vg/ and /vg/r/

Then some IDs would have to be hardcoded to be forbidden, like thread
