Change schema definitions, change qw formatting

- Added `belongs_to` properties for foreign keys
- Added subforums table and restructured database around that
- `qw` formatting was changed (was `qw/ foo bar baz /` in some places, is now `qw(foo bar baz)` everywhere I think)
